It was okay.

I didn't hate it. But I didn't really like it.

I just left feeling like the whole thing was... hollow? Like it didn't impact me at all. It just was.

I was torn between "Meh" and "It was shit".

It was better, but I felt like JJ Abrahams wanted to tie up every loose end, including kinda retconning the previous travesty, so the pace was.... fast. Felt like no-one really stopped to actually think about anything for a second.

While I must confess to enjoy seeing Palpatine again (part of me feels weird , and oddly...dirty..just writing that) It felt like a bit of a cop out.
