This is my family's group computer. I'll post mine once I get to it.

Jade, the process for getting a desktop image is really not complicated... the print screen button is right next to the F12 key, and is usually labeled 'prt scr'. Hit that, and the paste the image into your image editor. If that doesn't work, you'll have to do a google search for a screen capture program, because your computer is some sort of wacko non-standard piece of junk. :)

You have to create a new image in PSP before you can paste. It sounds like you're trying to paste into nothing...

I've never had to make a new image in PSP7. In Fireworks yeah, but never in PSP7.

Jaymach, Paint sucks at exporting reasonably sized jpeg's. Paint sucks at anything but minor bitmap editing, period.

Actually, come to think of it... you're right. That's what pissed me off about Photoshop when I started using it!

Maybe Jade's computer is just on drugs, then.

Personally I just either use Photoshop or MS Paint for screenshots. In Paint just open the thing up, press CTRL + V, and voila. In Photoshop create a new image and the size of it should be the same as whatever has been copied.

Oh and Jaymach. That shit is awesome!

Just beat it, actually. Great sequel to Maniac Mansion, which I played on a C64. You'll never catch Lucasarts putting out a game that racy these days.
