I actually blame everyone in the Canadian government ... Stephen Harper for being the idiot that he is, and everyone else for constantly trying to pull down the government instead of working together to accomplish SOMETHING. One of the many examples of why democracy doesn't actually work (not that communism is any better).

It has been said that Democracy is the worst form of government... except all the others that have been tried.
