Get well soon. Losing ones mind is never fun. When I was forced from Germany, when my fiancee left me, both were very trying times. I can say that personally were it for excellent friends I would not be here today. Those who call themselves mental health professionals are more adept at indoctrination than I ever would hope to be and they toy with your neurochemical processes as if you were a rat in a lab. I caution you and say take nothing you have not researched for yourself.
