ahhh don't think so... I'm a good mimic.. as long as I have a pic to go on, I'm good, but I can't do original things.. doesn't translate well

This isn't one of my projects, but one I'm proud of anyway's. This is my fiancee's latest work. He just finished it Sunday and used it Monday in a 4th celebration. Its aluminum scales laced together with leather cords in a Japanese pattern. The symbol on the front is either luck or longevity, I can't remember...
