According to his blog thier was a large outcry about the footage.

Most would hardly notice unless it was actually pointed out.

However, one would be dumb not to connect that to the entire theme of the video.

The video for Alert Status Red is brilliant. Brilliant.

If anyone else noticed, there's a very short clip from Charleton Heston (former president of the National Rifle Association) in his infamous "You can pry [my gun] from my cold dead hands!" speech.

The Columbine footage and that footage are both the same ones in Bowling for Columbine. That's the only reason I recognized the footage.

Anyhoo... the WAP was brilliant. It was hosted by one of the DJs from my local station, which was pretty cool (and I think I said that already). The songs are great, and the interviews with Matt were very interesting.

Now I just hope he comes back to Victoria (he was here just over a year ago). It would be a genius show...

Unfortunate that Matt Good doesn't tour here in the States.

His next tour is hitting all the small venues up here. Which is cool, except that the only small venues that bring in bands are bars and nightclubs.

The bastard.

FYI, Ahnk, ASR was shot at a high school in Coquitlam. Kind of cool.
