What is the name of the web host for TRF? How much do they cost / what packages do they have? Do you like them? What is their percentage of uptime? Do they provide good customer service? Do they provide backups of sites they host, such as this one, or do you have to do it?

What other web hosts did you look at before selecting the current one?

How much does this board cost? How easy is it to backup this board? Have you tried restoring it and how easy is it to restore it? Have you had to upgrade this board and how easy is it to upgrade?

How is vBulletin's customer services? What packages if any did you pay for or are you just using their support forums? How easy was it to transfer threads over? Do they have a transfer mod/wizard?

Any cost sensitive info can be PMed if you prefer, if you don't want that to be public. Thanks in advance.
