What are you using the iframe for, specifically?

Iframes can be used for multiple things, from allowing you to have all your content on a seperate page, and calling it from the frame, to helping make a design in which nothing but the content scrolls, to hiding a true URL. None of these are bad per-say, (except the last, which won't help you with getting high on search engines), there's just usually a better way to do it.

If you'll describe to me what you have been using your iframes for, I can suggest a good alternative.
