Vance, I was referring more to The Writer based on his reply to my initial response, but feel free to ignore me either way I was drunk when I typed it. I think I'm an alcoholic, maybe I should play Ironman?
Beff, do you follow the Iron Man comics? I pictured Tony Stark as more of a dark character, but like I said I never really read the Iron Man comics so I could be way off. They should have gotten Christian Bale to play Iron Man! He's been perfect as Batman.

I agree on that front.
On another note; I still think Ledger is going to surprise us all with his performance as the Joker. Just judging by the teaser it sounds like he's nailed the part.

I think Ledger is a huge miscast. I believe he is a mediocre actor at best, the majority of his movies are lame. However, I have faith in the director. Though I also believe Katie holmes was a huge miscast. But we'll see.

Have you heard him in the trailer? He sounds very much like what I'd imagine the Joker to sound. In other words, very much like a cross between Mark Hamill (the Batman animated Joker) and Jack Nicholson.

Got a link? I can't seem to find the one you're talking about.
Unless you're refering to the one with the voice sound over in the background, and the bat symbol being revealed through beams of light.
As for Ledger, I think it will be hard for him to impress anyone, as he is already being dumbed down by a lot of the public concerning his casting as Joker. Me, on the other hand (much like the Writer), I'm expecting great things from him, and I know he's a decent actor when the movies don't suck - that being the focus: when the movies don't suck. No matter how good an actor is, if the film they're in sucks balls, their performance will seem less than average, also.

That's the one I'm talking about, thought I've heard another is out, or will be out soon.
Well alot of people said the same thing about Daniel Craig and I like to use this as an example because before the film, fans were yelling that he will ruin the franchise. But was later praised as the best second only to Connery, if that.

That's actually a really good point about Daniel Craig. I thought he was a very odd choice for a James Bond character, he really didn't seem to fit the stereotype. But after watching the movie he was actually really good as Bond.

I wasn't as convinced... but, then, I didn't really enjoy Casino Royale anyway.

Well I'm not the biggest Bond fan in the world. I don't really care who the best Bond was or anything like that. But when I heard he was going to be the new Bond I thought it was a terrible choice, but after watching the movie I thought he was actually a pretty damn good Bond.
