Recently I decided it was a little unfair to just have American holidays announced at the top of the board. All of our members aren't Americans but my attempts to find a calendar that would tell me other countries holidays or religious days fell flat. SO, I'm leaving it up to the members.

Any legit holiday or celebration from your country or religion, please just make a post here telling me what day it is. And I'll endeavor to keep on top of things with reminding the rest of us that there isn't just one country or denomination out there :).

AND your birthday counts as well. If you don't mind everyone knowing when your birthday is, just give me a holler about that too.

Thanks to anyone who takes the time to help. Oh, and if your post disappears after you say something, then you know I got the date, and that it's just me trying to keep the thread neat and such.

Okay, my B-Day is August 4th. These aren't considered official holidays, but many would like to think of them as such, and I even wrote a FCAT Writing Paper on one, and scored a 6.0:
