What is the big yellow cirlce?

Thats a barrel.

The yellow circle is a barrel that I'm crouching on. The brighter yellow ray thingies are flames.

I'm so confused. Why is the barrell yellow? Why can you see through it? Why are there flames on the floor?

CS is the most easily modded and modified game ever.

There are no yellow barrels, especially see-through yellow barrels.
