Ahnk...
SimCoaster?
SimCoaster?
Sam, 800x600?
Yeah, the user accounts are handy. Now and then when I get a new program, or start a new project I'll create a new account, and store all the files right on the desktop for quick access.

My dad is a sim maniac. My mom plays the Sims a lot, dad plays SimCity and SimCoaster.
I played SimCoaster for a bit, but I prefer Theme Park on the PS2.
Well, I would be inclined to think that it is a hardware failure, but when the computer starts up after the wipe, it tries to load HP recovery, I think off of the recovery partition, and not Windows. Today I am trying a different HD to see if it is a hardware problem.
Back on topic.... this computer has XP, but my dad does not see the point in multiple user accounts and would be mad if I made them. I would post the pic for my family comp, but it's boring. Windows standard Azul background with about 20 icons. How... boring! :|

If it's trying to restore HP, then it would be a recovery partition. Do what I did on my parents HP - wipe the recovery partition and use it for real backups. (this was after the HP died, and I built them a new computer)
Well, guess I was right (and so are you lol). The problem is in the recovery partition because the different HD is working just fine. So all I've got to do is wipe it, But....
I've tried and tried but I have no clue how to wipe the HP recovery partition off of the HD, it wont let me even if I use DOS to perform a complete disk format. I guess the software was made to be 'idiot proof' but is really only being a pain in the ass...

Damalis, do you realize that you have a shortcut to Mplayer.com on your desktop? And do you also realize that Mplayer.com hasn't been around since the late nineties?
