Pretty much all I've listened to for the past week: Sigur Ros - Agaetis Byrjun Sigur Ros - ( ) Radiohead - Kid A
Before that though I was in hardcore old school Modest Mouse mode. Modest Mouse - This Is A Long Drive For Someone With Nothing to Think About Modest Mouse - Building Nothing Out of Something
If you haven't heard beyond the singles and the new record, you don't know Modest Mouse. It's unfortunate that Modest Mouse got famous for not being Modest Mouse, because people have rushed to judgement and decided that they're "laid back" or "poppy", when Isaac Brock and the boys have been laboring in indie obscurity for a decade, and have a catalogue more diverse than most bands ever will.
I use Sonique player and I just switched my playlist this week... 137 songs on this one, but it was because I got tired of some of these songs not being long enough so I have them listed one after another so I hear things for longer :b
And I just changed to this player skin... I didn't notice it before so I thought I'd use it...
Anyways, I have eclectic tastes...

We got a call To write a song About the war In the gulf. But we shoulden't hurt anyone's feelings... So we tried... Then gave up. Cuz there was no such song. But the trying was very revealing. What makes a person so poisenous rightous That they think less of anyone who just disagrees? She's just a pacifist, he's just a patriot. If i said you were crazy would you have to fight me? Fighters for liberty! Fighters for power! Fighterts for longer turns in the shower! Don't tell me i cant fight, Cuz ill punch out your lights, And history seems to agree, That i would fight you for me. So we read And we watched All the specially selected news, And we learned so much more about the good guys. 'Won't you stand by the flag'? was the question unasked 'Won't you join in and fight with the allies'? What can we say, we're only 25 years old, With 25 sweet summers and hot fires in the cold? This kind of life makes that violence unthinkable. We'd like to play hokey, Have kids and grow old. Fighters for texico! Fighters for power! Fighters for longer turns in the shower! Dont tell me i cant fight cuz ill punch out your lights! And history seems to agree... That i would fight you for me, That us would fight them for we. Hes just a peace-nik and she's just a warhog, Thats where the beach was, Thats where the sea... What can we say we're only 25 years old? And history seems to agree... That i would fight you for me... That us would fight them for we... Is that how is always will be?
I felt obligated to post in this thread since i'm actually listining to something for once. Those are the lyrics to the song that I'm listening to over and over again, but I can't remember the title or the author. Ah well... Its an amazing song, all entirely occopella, and they don't drop a cent in pitch! Simply amazing singers... whoever they are.
My playlist changes so much that it really wouldn't do any good to post a screenshot. But, here are a few artists to give you an idea of what I listen to:
