It was the 'Star Wars Geek' type of comment. Well, more 'Trekkie' if anything :P
The basic premise of the point I was making was 'In theory' or 'Hypothetically' but fine. The point was that A) Humanity seems to be self-obssessed over their petty differences and that B) The only way that it would seem (IMO) for humanity to stop killing each other is for another, more different life-form to present itself because humanity always aims at waht's different.
NOT SAYING IT'S GOING TO HAPPEN TOMMORROW BEFORE LUP DECIDES TO START INSULTING ME AGAIN.
If humanity can survive itself to that point, we'll have a newer greater 'enemy to Christiandom/Democracy/Maket Shares/Animal Rights/Little voices in our heads' to kill.

Marth, stop using my account. Or at least be like "btw, this is marth". For the record, the past two posts were by Marth, not me.

Ok, even if we could go the speed of light, we would age at the same rate that we would at say 2999 miles per our. So, it would still take God only know how many generations to get to the nearest star.

Ummm, Jiro. Mesa say somethings agains.
"The speed of light is 186,282 miles per second, and, like I said, it would take 4.5 years to get to Alpha Centauri at that speed. "
Also, you "age" slower when going faster.
Not sure what you're saying ;)
