I saw this at Best Buy this afternoon, and grabbed it pretty quick. I've only given it one listen through so far, but it appears to be pretty similar to AROBTDH; a solid easy-listening background track.

I'm missing the frequent double-vocals of AROBTDH though.

Interesting. I've just downloaded some of the tracks and started listening to them... more later.

I was pretty suprised to see it in the store. About a month ago I was browsing their website and saw no mention of a new album, or anything of that nature. Heck, it was gushing about how great it was that the band was even playing together at the time.

I got two white noise and three live tracks. I tried to give it a chance.

My CD doesn't have any white noise or live tracks. Maybe there's some rip-proofing on it, I suppose I'll find out momentarily.

edit: Entire CD encoded into 192Kbps MP3's without trouble.

Yeah, around a week ago Coldplay preformed the entire album live on MTV, so there are a lot of live tracks and not many album tracks floating around the net.

I've only heard "Speed of Sound" so far, but I like it.

They've been playing that song too much on the radio here.

I've heard a few of their songs, I don't like them enough to pick up a CD though.

I've heard Speed of Sound twice on the local hit radio up here. I haven't been listening much though, what with my new CD player in the van.

I've been listening to the CD almost nonstop since I got it last night. It's a good album, but I personally don't like it as much as A Rush of Blood to the Head. It has a completly different 'feel' to it. Lots more single vocals -- I love AROBTDH's double vocals.

I like it, but at this point I'm getting a bit tired of it. I didn't get tired of AROBTDH for three or four days, and even then I was just fine with sticking it in my random shuffle lineup.

Worth the $13 I paid for it though.
