So I'm playing BF 1942, Wake Island Instant Battle Singleplayer, with me and about thirty bots against thirty bots of the Americans, I'm playing Japanese. The object of the scenario is to reduce you opponent's tickets to zero. 1 ticket = 1 soldier. Soldiers respawn at one of five control points on the map.
Anyways, at the point I thought the Japanese were going to lose this one, the Americans controlled the five control points on the island. The Japanese tickets stood a one hundred while the Americans had three hundred and fifty.
One hour later. The Japanese did lose, but not before launching a large counter attack under my leadership. Finally tally:
Control Points:
4 under Japanese control
1 under American control
Japanese Tickets: 0
American Tickets: 90
Quite a comeback, turning what would have been called a total victory into a minor victory for the Americans.
