Definitely not a complaint about the Canadian Parliament being closed. As much as I'm not keen on Harper, would Dion have really been a remotely close to adequate Prime Minister? His own party doesn't even like him as a leader.

He's officially out as of Wednesday.

I know, but that wouldn't have happened had Harper not closed down Parliament (or prorogued it or whatever the fancy word is). If it wasn't for that Dion would be Prime Minister right now.
