I have yahoo and MSN but I rarely turn them on so no point in giving those out...

For the uniated, AOL Instant Messanger can be downloaded HERE. You have to register an account, obviously. Or, you can use a third-party program like Trillian (download HERE). They have a free and a charge version... the free one is more than adequete. Trillian has the cool feature of being able to handle your MSN, AIM, Yahoo!, etc. accounts in one program, and I highly recomend it.

AIM is more or less the standard for communication here.
