I bought the game a couple days ago and i have to say...

its fantastic. i've only played the skrimish part of the game but so far its been pretty damn good. i like the idea of 'native tribes' being in the area and making alliances with them, also the treasure. its kinda different from the first two as in before you had to collect; wood, gold, stone, silver, and food. now it got narrowed down to; coin, wood, and food. i find it to be more idiot friendly then the its predessors. all in all its a fantastic game.

I just started playing AOE II but saw this one in the store the other day. I'll probably get it next month.

funny thing. i went to pick up another copy of AoE II since i left my copy on Guam. they didnt have it at GameStop or EGames so i had to get the third version. once i get enough cash or whenever i get a job i'll get the set.

Neither of the two new options are new. The former is borrowed from the game American Conquest, a more realistic version of the Cossacks series, while the latter is also found in Empire Earth. But yeah considering the locations those are good features to include.

Great game. Somehow I'm already bored with Battlefronts II, so I bought AOE III

i just dont like only going 5 levels. im gonna get the expansion pack when it comes out.

btw, anyone played that AGE OF MYTHOLOGY? if so, how was it?
