Sometimes, after Hurricane Season ends, a late season storm will arrive. But now, for the month of December, a second late season storm has developed. The first one, Odette, developed in the South Caribbean, and moved north, lashing the Dominican Republic with heavy rains, and winds, killing 2 people, before it was absorbed into a frontal boundary, but a second storm, Peter, developed almost overnight. It is already a Tropical Storm, almost or at Hurricane Intensity, and it is out in the Open Atlantic heading torwards the Azores Islands.
