You have Fett as an avatar which suggests to me you like Bounty Hunters, if thats the case, why not create one.
IF not a BH, then perhaps another neutral character, like: A Crime boss, a Warlord, a businessman of an intergalactic company, a smuggler, a swoop racer, a podracer, a new species of unknown alien with their own agenda...
Don't misunderestimate the fun which can be had playing both sides, realise that life is not just black or white, but, rather shades of grey...
...and as such anything you do, IC or OOC is down to you.
The only limits are your own imagination.
