It's just like what we do here, so .... yeh, collaborative fan fiction (if you're a fan of ancient history, sword and sandal movies and Rome: Total War *lol*)

The Seleucid Empire is a non-discriminatory regime, and offers equal opportunities. Your age and experience would be valued, and your incontenance and dementia issues would not be taken into consideration.
