Emperor Fearsons Issuing a Press Conference
I took to the liberty of reading over the indoctrination of the Demosthesian Empire. I found a few things that interested me actually as I read, allow me to indicate these as I have found them:

We Recognize one all encompassing Empire whose purpose is to protect its citizenry, to spare the vanquished and to subdue the proud. We recognize the Empire as the legitimate government of the Holy Galaxy. As such, the Empire and the Holy Galaxy should be considered one entity, the same.
As I look at this I find that you both contradict yourselves as well as conduct hypocritical debates.
First you recognize one "all encompassing Empire", who you clearly state must conduct subduction of the "proud" (and pride is judged at the emperor's whim I assume?). Now there are several proud governments out there, myself, the Tholatin Republic, the Mon Cal Republic, the Azgardian Galactic Military...but then I am only mentioning the members of the Coalition of the Lightside Factions...and afterall I would not want to seem biased and unfair, so I will enstate the proud governments that are unaligned with such.
The New Order, the Galactic Empire who demands respect from most if not all other nations who have and will openly spit on your indoctrination, the Crimson Regime, who you seem to ally yourself loosely with, the Farquak Empire, with whom you are war with.
And yet only with the Farquak Empire do you war. I notice the Empire, who would be by your standards a heretical cult, is left unnatoned, "uncleaned" by your inquisition. Curious. So you will bend your morals so that this "emperor" will attain more personal power?
The Crimson Regime, an extremely powerful governmental base, loosely allies with you, and they are an affront to all you stand for. But yet you willingly shrug aside your morals for the opportunity for both war and battle.
Curious.

We Recognize one, absolute, sovereign Emperor as the sole leader of the Empire. As such, the Emperor and the Empire are one in the same. To defy the Emperor is to defy the Empire. The Emperor has full authority in all matters and rules by decree. There is not, nor is there any need for, an oversight body to consent to or repeal the Emperor's decrees. All decrees are law until the Emperor himself decides to lift or otherwise change them. There can only be one holder of the Imperial powers, no consort or partner may share the Emperors power. A hierarchical form of Imperial government will be established by the Emperor for the common good of the Empire. The Emperor reigns until death. Upon the death of the Emperor, the Grand Inquisitor will take on the roll of the Emperor and appoint a new Grand Inquisitor in his place.
You just defined all you accuse me of being. A tyrannical, self-absorbed, despot who seeks only to have total control. In your first doctrine you stated that you desire galactic conquest. In the second you instated that the Demosthesian Emperor has total and complete authority to do what he pleases as he pleases how he pleases.
And this he does with great delight.
So you state yourself that you are a dictatorship with no use of council, not even a proper justice system. As long as the emperor says, "Oh yes you're guilty, whatever," he dies.
Curious.

We Seek to establish and maintain human dominance over the Empire, therefore, all alien species and races will be made subservient to humans and never again will a human serve an alien master. Any aliens kept by humans as servants or slaves will be the sole responsibility of the human master and the human master will be held responsible for any trouble the alien might cause.
Oppression of those you fear? Far different from Jutraalian morals where non-humans are treated just as well as humans. I myself am not human, so if I were to enlist in your military I would receive menial slave duties.
As well this very doctrine indicates that you support slavery. So I am wrong, evil, and cruel to my people, when you force slavery, manual labor, and oppression on those different from you?
Curious.

We Vow to destroy any opposition to the Emperor or his government. As such, opposition to any one part is seen as opposition to the whole of the Empire. For such a crime there is but one punishment, death.
Interpretation: If your morals are different than mine I want you dead.
And I am bloodthirsty? I do not want peace? You state in the very doctrine of the foundation of your empire that if someone contradicts the emperor in any way, shape or form then they are to be brought out and killed.
I oppose you Seti Ashar, and yet you do nothing but hide behind your former corporation and throw pointless taunts at me and strike at my civilians.
Curious.

In order to more effectively govern, the Empire will be broken into large sections called Regions. A Region will be ruled, in the Emperors name, by an appointed military governor to be known as a Grand Imperator. The Grand Imperator rules at the Emperors discretion.
To further enhance our capacity to govern efficiently, the Regions will be broken into smaller divisions called Sectors. Sectors will be ruled, in the Emperors name, by an appointed military governor called an Imperator. The Moff rules at the Emperors discretion and that of their Grand Imperator.
Individual systems will be governed, in the Emperors name, by a military Prefect appointed from amongst the Naval or Army officers. Prefects rule at the Emperors discretion and at the discretion of the Grand Imperator and Imperator
This indoctrination actually sounds fair. I commend you in the breaking down of regions into sectors into systems. Though I must question the amount of freedom you offer these leaders?
I remember well the horrors that occured when Emperor Palpatine gave free reign to the moffs...
Curious

We Demand tribute be paid for the benefit of the whole Empire by its constituent planets. The tribute may take the form of goods or funds from the offering world. Tribute will be collected by the military Prefects in the Emperors name.
And what, may I ask, is the punishment for not offering this demanded tribute? You sound more like an uncivilized culture of barbaric tribe leaders than a true government.
I fear to see the mother who must choose between starving their children and paying your tribute on time or feed their child and suffer the consequence.
Would you like to know how taxation occurs on Jutraal? It is very simple.
Yearly you are required to pay a tax of fifteen percent of annual income. You pay this, as I said, once a year, and send it to the Jutraalian Palpable Constable's Office. From there he approves and sends it to the Jutraalian Ministry of Finance.
Those who do not pay, according to the Minister of Census and Minister of Finance, are questioned and given a deadline/fine to pay. If they refuse we seize their assets in a monatary value to the taxes they owed.
Very simple, very to the point, very fair.
Pounce on the seizure all you like, but it is very, very expensive to feed people these days, especially when contradicting warlords require us to purchase bacta on the black market.

In order to provide for the common defense of member worlds, and to explore the unknown areas of space, and to extend Imperial influence and power, and by decree of the Emperor, armed forces will be organized and maintained. Those units responsible for the patrolling and exploration of space and systems will be called the Black Fleet. Those units responsible for the defense of the planetary surface and the maintenance of law and order will be called the Red Army. The Black Fleet will patrol all territory held by the Empire and fight when necessary to expand the Imperial domain. A hierarchical Chain of Command and system of ranks will be established in both the Navy and the Army to ensure that the Emperors wishes are carried out efficiently and with professionalism.
To ensure loyalty and order is maintained on member worlds and within the Emperor's armed forces, and by decree of the Emperor, the Imperial Security Service will be established. A Grand Inquisitor will be appointed by the Emperor to run the ISS in His name and will answer to Him directly. The Grand Inquisitor will appoint High Inquisitors to aid him in his tasks. The High Inquisitors will appoint Inquisitors to further aid them in their noble tasks.
While the concept seems fair, I shudder to see what this "ISS" does. Is it in any way like the ISB dear Ashar? Where if they have a hint that you are opposed to your empire you will storm their house at night, rape their women, and kill their children? Meanwhile bringing the suspect back to be tortured?
Bare in mind this is not a convict even, but a suspect.
Or perhaps it is more like the Jutraalian Royal Guard - no, not the PeFauna, the JRG, there are differences my friend - where threats to Jutraalian safety are brought in for questioning at a time of our choosing.
Subtle, yes. Deceiving? No, I even offer to bring you on one of our questionings.
Perhaps you will learn a thing or two about humanity.
Perhaps you should learn to abide by your own indoctrinations, and not shield them and accuse them of other people Seti Ashar. How you convince millions of persons to slither off mindlessly into your armies is beyond me.
I shudder to see what would happen if persons like myself were not here to detain you.
