Anyways, welcome to the Rebel Faction. Don't let my post count fool you, I've been around for a while. Best thing to do, start an RP so people can see what you're capable of and you can establish a character. From there, talk to people who are in the various groups, if you even want to join one, and then make a decision. Most of us here are friendly and willing to help.
