And when is the database supposed to be avaliable to the general public anyway?

The main one to remember is that if anyone mentions CoC or being in CoC just be like "Oh yeah that rocked" and pour a bunch of compliments onto them about their RPing skill. If you do that you'll go far at TRF.

Someday. It is fully my intent to actually complete it, things just keep coming up. I should probably change the link so an explination is given, or something of that nature.

Or actually finish it.

Yeah, you should. All of the databases i've gone to were either not very complete or not or they just suck.

I trust in the quality of the TRF Database by the quality of the rest of the site.
