Your above statements in no way work in your favor in earning respect and trust with this community, and rather shed a bad light on your character I presume. I suggest you watch your step... Your goal here is to prove that you work well and fit in with this community, I think that is a perfectly reasonable thing to ask of any new member of any type of group before they start getting power within that group.
