No, actually, I have no idea what you used. Did you loose a lot of fat, or just retained water? How about muscle mass? How was your energy level after loosing that much weight?

20 pounds in a week is easy, its ten pounds in one day that you have to worry about. And of course keeping it off, that does not work too often.

Actually 1 pound = 9743510790000 kilocalories, in case anyone was interested. How could you lose that many calories? You must have left them in the lab!

Har har, I'm funny. No, but to lose 1 pound you have to consume about 3500 kilocalories. Presuming that the average person consumes 2000 kilocalories in a day, if you acted normally but starved yourself for a week, you would hypothetically lose 4 real pounds in one week, maximum.

I say "real pounds" because I'm not accounting for dehydration, which would provide significant but temporary loss of weight. If you excercised, I'm sure you could lose more than 4 pounds in one week.

Of course, most popular diets don't include excercise...

If you lost 20 pounds in one week, I suggest you consult a medical professional as soon as possible; there is a good chance that you are really, very sick. Such weight loss is totally unnatural, totally unhealthy and completely ill-advised. If you are considering promoting this product I would recomend that you consult a legal professional.

A twenty pound loss in a seven day period, factoring in variable such as water retention and other less discussion worthy vagaries (bowels inclusive), is indicative of a serious problem. Very serious.
