Yeah, it's fine to kid around in a thread or two, but it's getting really boring. It's funny once or twice, but by the fiftieth time we've more or less exhausted the homoerotic humor, so you guys can just shut up.
And, as for the matter of how much funny is actually funny, that's pure opinion based judgementalism. I could tell gay jokes a dozen times a day and still laugh. The question is not, blanket statement; what is too much. The question is; what is too much for the time?
Use your good sense and gay jokes, like any other sterotypically motivated comment, can be just as witty and as funny the 50th time around. The problem is; not everyone seems to understand where these things apply and where they do not.
More over; if homoerotic-humor is becoming too pervasive then I'd have to suggest that heterosexual-humor should similarly be stomped upon. Can't be seen taking sides...
