Isn't 4-20 also code for police to use of the CB? Wow, do the pot-heads realy need another excuse to smoke, honestly. And I ask this 10 minutes after the universal smoking time begins...sheesh. I searched yahoo and it says that 4/20 came from a time that a group of people always agreed to meet to smoke pot. It has nothing to do with anybody's birthdays, radio signs etc. Though by coincidence 4:20 on April 19th was the first time LSD was used on purpose and Bill 420 which was passed in '99 concerned medical marijuana in California. Of course the second occasion was after the term had already become familiar.
