R&D Limit Thing...
Well first of all...I don't really mind if this isn't approved...but I was just wandering if the R&D limit could be changed so that you still only get the 10 R&D Limit when a group starts out but once a month they get an extra R&D slot...just so that older groups (who may have used up their R&D slots earlier) still have a chance to R&D more things...just cos I think it might be slightly annoying for people if they've used up all their R&D's and then they have a really good idea or want to RP a storyline that could possibley get them a good tech or something and not be able to do it...just an idea...(The amount each group has would just be on the completed R&D post next to their name...like if a group had alreadyu sed 4 spaces and it had 11 it would appear as 4/11 and this would just be updated once per month...is just an idea...)
