R&D:Avenger Class Fighter Bomber+Cyclone Frigate

I present the Plans and Shematics for two ships to be R&Ded at SFS.
The ‘Avenger’ Fighter-Bomber
Designer: Ren Janggar
Ship Designation: Stealth Fighter-Bomber
Length: 19m
Crew: 2 (1 pilot/1 passenger)
Sheilds: Heavy Ray and Particle Sheilding. To keep with the Fighter’s Stealth requirements, it is equipped with multi-phasic sheilding which constantly rotates the sheild harmonic at a low frequency, thus elimating most sensor noise which common types of sheilding Emit.
Speeds;
Sublight:Equivelent to 2 thirds of an E-wing fighter
Hyperdrive: Class 0.95
Weapons systems:
2 Laser Cannons
1 Heavy Turret Mounted Quad Ion Cannon.
1 Concussion Missle Launcher
1 Proton Torpedo Launcher
1 Rear Chaff/Countermeasure Release Bay
Sensors:
The Avenger features a heavliy sensative sensor grid. In fact it is so powerful that it can detect most incoming ships before the Avenger itself has been registered by theirs.
Other Features:
In Addition to the sensors and rotational sheilds, the Avenger has an Ion Inversion Matrix. Located at the rear of the vehicle,just behind the main Ion drive exhaust, the Ion Inversion Matrix emitts a spacial dispersal field, causing a premature breakdown in the Ion trail, and making it dissapate much more quickly than normal so that ships would not be able to track the ship nor would it be detected by passing craft.
The above systems put a huge drain on the power systems so are use is limited before a power recharge is made.

Cyclone Class Anti-starfighter Frigate
Designer: Ren Janggar
Ship Designation: Heavy Anti-starfighter
Length: 600m
Crew: 3500
Fighter Complement: 32 fighters
Sheilds:The cyclone comes equipped with multiple back-up sheild generators.
Since Fighters place more emphasis on their laser Cannons than projectile weapons, the Cyclone has only one main particle sheild generator and no back-ups but several ray back-up sheild generators.

Sublight:Equivelent to that of a Hapes Nova Battle Cruiser
Hyperdrive: Class 1

25 Quad Laser Cannon Emplacements
20 Dual Laser Cannons Emplacements
35 Single laser cannon Emplacements

All laser cannons are fixed in place except the 35 single laser cannons which are placed on a complex set of tracks that run over the entire length of the upper and lower halves of the ship's hull, giving the Cyclone almost an entire 360 degree arc of fire. The cannons can track separate fighters. Accuracy is slightly increased as the cannon can get in its optimal firing positions before the tracked fighter has even come close. The individual cannons are mounted on a raised ball turret allowing for a greater manouverability and visibility.

Ship Background:
With the ever increasing number of superior starfighters, It is only common sense that to defend your assets you would need but the best in starfighter defense. Enter the Cyclone Class. The Cyclone is the direct successor to the throne of the Lancer Frigate, a vessel which has served the Galaxy for almost over a decade as it’s primary anti-fighter craft.
However Lancer’s proved to be not very cost effective as its only purpose was to repel fighters. Now,the introduction of the Cyclone, will give people a vessel which is over three times the size, can engage light capital ships, is equipped with fighters and carries over three times the weaponary for roughly the same cost.
The Cyclone is the State-of-the-Art vessel for fighter combat, each laser cannon contains numerous back-up generators to prevent a power drain , and to cope with the increased rate of fire common to these types off vessels, each cannon is equipped with a several bleed-off vents that help to direct excess energy discharges away from the guns, keeping them cool and safe.
