Phase Two, on the other hand, occurs when conditions are thought to be extreme. Dispenser's located on the exterior of the Khepri shoot out a chemical compound that hardens on contact, covering the exterior of the Khepri with a "coccon" that prevents NBC agents from entering into the vehicle.

In addition to traditional sensors, the Fregal Combat Sensor Suite employs infa-red and light amplification sensors for nightime fighting. Several motion sensors have also been incorporated into the design, but they are shut off during large scale conflict as they are rendered totally useless by the disembarkment of soldiers from the vehicle.
Description:
Designed to move large compliments of troops relativly quickly, the Khepri is sure to become one of the Fegal compaines most prominent products.
Armed well enough to protect its cargo at the front lines of combat, the Khepri sports a pair of laser cannons in its nose for its main punch, and two side mounted ball-turrets give the Khepri excellent anti-personale coverage. A modified Belgardi produced APM-3 Trident Missile Launcher is mounted in a rotating turret and can assist with surface combat as well as provide nominal anti-air protection.
The Khepri's primary advantage lies in its versatility. Its treaded design alows it to negotiate difficult terrain, and the "Phase Two" part of the Coccon NBC system can be utilized for fording rivers, by sealing all openings where water could enter the Khepri.
The Khepri sports a battle tested durasteel alloy skin, coated with blaster reflective compounds that make it virtually impervious ot small arms fire. Not designed to engage in large scale combat, the Khepri can be employed as an infantry support vehicle if unthreatened by primary-function battle vehicles.
