Ablative Armor Matrix- This layer of armor over the hull and vital areas of the ship is meant to absorb energy from weapon as it is disintegrated. Unlike deuranium/tritanium alloys, this version employs a neutronium/tritanium based protection. Highly experimental, neutronium it is not used in this form by itself, but offers enough that ablative plates do not have to be replaced as often. This is because it includes neutronium reinforcement filaments and is able to enhance energy absorption at a lower dissipation rate. It gives complete ship coverage, and for this reason a ship with this armor does not have windows. Dissipated energy is siphoned from current pathways across the inner hull itself to internal batteries which store the energy radiated off the panels themselves. These batteries are then themselves siphoned off as either exhuast or used to power ships systems. Due to the nature of attacks in the current age these batteries and hull are supseptable to overload during combat which could pose a very deadly threat to such an equiped vessel. Before each battery unit approaches overload an automatic response cuts the current from the ablative hull unit and switches to another battery, if all batteries become overloaded then the ablative matrix itself shuts down rendering the ships hull as basic as any other. One great unsurmountable flaw in said system has been that if these batteries overload to such a great extent they risk explosion from overload severely damaging if not destroying the vessel from inside.
Refocillation Armor Layering- A padded layer of armor just under the Ablative Armor Matrix and the ships actual hull structure. The Refocillation Armor is actually two seperate slabs of armor with a good deal of gap gel between them. Gap Gel is a specifically designed thick ooze for quick hull patching in deep space. When a layer of Refocillation Armor is penetrated the gel heads to the hole, filling it and freezing instantly. The gel is strong enough to allow the ship reentry into an atmosphere.
Neutron Resin Armored Structure- Using new degrees of spatial geometry and quantum atomic manipulation, we have succesfully disected the known atomic diagram from its original state and succesfuly reshaped the neutron. Nature strays towards the circle in its natural design, the square is a man made idea, and in that a more efficent model. We haave made a neutron square.
Neutron Resin Armored Structure is comprised of not only tightly compacted square neutrons, but actually compressed, down to quantum lengths. Absolutely no room between these neutrons remains, held together by an overwhelming degree of artifical glouns to superscede the need of electron fields of the typical atomic model, as there are no longer protons nor electrons in our diagram.
This new armored Structure is unrivaled in its resiliancy, comparitively a brick wall at the atomic level. Other forms of energy, physical structures would have an extremely hard time attempting to penetrate such a tight formation.
Malleable Lattice- Designed to continue operations until terminally damaged, a state much harder to reach with these improvements. The malleable portions of the ship quickly cover to repair and replace damaged sections of missle to keep it operating at best capacity until no free materials remain with which to fix damaged parcells with. The Neutron Resined Structure of the ship is covered with this Malleable Lattice as a form of ships structure as well.
Daemun Hyperdrive- The engines of all Dameun ships will recieve an upgrade to this engine status. Instead of working in tandum with multiple sub-engine materials and parts, the Daemun Hyperdrive is built and run as one solid mechanism working independantly of overall ships operations, but in synch with ships status. Using a special created Mystery, with much the effect of an AI program, the Daemun core programing is connected to the Intelligence web to form a more sophisticated drive unit. Instead of keeping astronomical charts and such seperate in a main computer core this set up allows a ship in transit to constantly be updated on all current data currently known to the Black Dragon Empire. This data would comprimise new planetary data from the GMP as well as sudden battle run ins that may distract a vessel in mid flight and make obvious course corrections. The old NavCom system has remained as an integral system in a hyperspace sensor suite to avoid gravity shadows as well as any other hyperspace anamoly that may harm the vessel and make course corrections for these issuies. The drive uses modified gamma radiation to create electromagnetic energy that, when ejected from the hyperdrive, cause the realspace time-space matrix to ripple. The hyperdrive continues to eject electromagnetic energy to push against these ripples, propelling the ship into hyperspace. When encountering a gravity disturbance, whether that be from ship bourne sources or planetary shadows, the Daemun drive is equiped to begin its push into hyperspace whilst also traveling these shadows, of course not in the physical bodies of planetary objects but in the gravity wells of these shadows. Upon detection of these gravity shadows the hyperdrive will begin its normal drive procedures, cuasing its ripples in the realspace time matrix whilst also activating a pulsing static hyperwave bubble which whill allow the vessel to strike the hyperspace reality around it while also gaining protection inside the realspace buble from the gravity shadows around it, effectively allowing hyperspace travel in a gravity enriched enviorment at greatly reduced speeds. Instead of the gas coolants of the standard hyperdrives, the Daemun drive has used the once feared grey goo problem as a grey goo solution. A mass of pre-programed assemblers flood every free portion of the Daemun drive, absorbing the heat of the drive as it seeps from the drives components itself, as this heat rises beyond compensation capacity, the grey goo goes into operation, replicating itself from the dead components of itself, recycling the dead assemblers to draw the heat of the drive completely.
Five-Axis Jump- system that processes the data in which it takes the five axes that would make up any coordinate in the galaxy and triangulates the distance it would take to get there, the time it takes the ship to reach the point (including acceleration and deceleration speeds).
Screamer- in its simplest form is basically nothing more than a sensor jammer, except far more powerful. The Screamer is hooked up to 4 massive capacitors, which take 30 minutes to charge fully. The Screamer is wired into the hull of the ship its installed in and when fired utilizes the entire ship as a massive antenna to broadcast an immense power spike which would initially damage only active sensor suites. Passive sensors or powered down ones are safe. This damage quickly sets up a feedback loop devastating unshielded systems, if a group of ships is flying in close formation the energy can arc from one to the next inflicting more damage. The Screamer itself is extremely maintence intensive, requiring replacement of all cables connecting it to the ships hull after every shot, a complete rebuild of its cooling systems every two, and replacement of the capacitors every 5 as to utilize the Screamer effectively with its long carge time, they muct be powered at all times. Due to these limitations the Screamer can only be fired once during even the most extensive fleet engagements. However, often one shot is all thats needed to turn the tide.
