Just an idea that I thought might be useful and save us a lot of time in the long run ,as well as increase the speed of people getting their R&D's approved.
I think getting together and working out some kind of guide, (perhaps in the shape or form of a table of some guise), to the speed , strength, shield ratings (SBD etc..)
Perhaps showing some kind of relative examples that people could referr to in their own time, (showing hull strength relative to size , weapon capacity, etc). instead of guessing and waiting for us to approve, it would help to keep consistency in R&D approval for the future.
I understand , that to a degree , its like saying how long is a piece of string, since these are supposed to be new R&D's with breakthroughs in new technology , but I still think that having some kind of loose guide would be helpful. Not just for those who are waiting for approval, but for us too.
Also any resources or guides that are already online (with regards to shield ratings etc...) would be useful.
