AGM R&D: The Athena
Athena, of all the Greek Gods she was the purest, the bravest, and the most just. And she is also one of the few Gods that the Azguards have respect for. Most alien deities seem to have been invented for the sole purpose of control. Throughout history people formed religious doctrine and beliefs that were all carefully made to increase their respective churchs' power and influence.
But Athena was different. She was pure, she was true, and she was one of those few gods which had not been corrupted by her own worshippers.
As such, the Azguards felt it a pity that she didn't exist. All of their gods had corporeal form, and they thought it strange that she does not, so when this military project began, it was named after her.
What was the Project? To Construct a new Mechanoid Suit capable of defeating vessels and beings several times its' size. They realized that this could not be done using conventional technology, and the cost and resources nessacary would take a trememdous toll on their supplies.
Therefore, they would go all out, and create one super-Suit, fuse it with their best AI, and give it to their greatest pilot. Combined, it would be a great adversary.
Mechanical Explination: Unlike the previous design, this suit would be designed to hold an Azguard pilot inside. Also, it would be a whopping 80 meters high, four times the size of its' lesser bretheren. Finally, in an effort to improve it, it would have technology Unique to it and only it.

Special Abilities : It has a booster pack on its' back, along with the Ion Engine which can launch it sideways, forward, or indeed in any direction for a short distance by creating a short burst of Ion Energy, thus allowing it to dodge enemy missels and fire. This was explained as part of the Mechanoid Combat suit.
Also, It has Spear Of Athena, a special Weapon made just for this Suit, so expensive and difficult to assembal that only this one has been made as of yet. It functions by firing a blast of high-powered but extreemly dangerous fusion through its' system, bouncing it around into a smaller and smaller space until all the power is compressed into a small blast. This takes approximately 1.5 seconds per shot, and one hit has the power to utterly vaporise nearly any fighter craft it hits.
And it also possesses the Aegis Shield. The Aegis shield works by first getting hit, then recalibrating the shields so that they become recetive to that type and frquency of power, future shots are then mostly abosrbed by the shields reducing the impact of the blow to mere pin-pricks. This allows The Athena to withstand substantial punnishment and still fight on. Although, if enough fire is brought to bear, eventually even this will collapse.
This is the Athena. It is unique. Only one can be supported at any time, and due to the amazing complexity of the design and delicatness of the machinery, I am willing, nay even requesting that its' build-time be extended from that which its' length may suggest.
The reason why I have made it out to be as powerful as possible is that it is a unique vehicle, it cannot be replaced, it cannot be rebuilt, it is a vessel with the strength to annihalate a vessel far greater then it in stature, and when equiped with Azguards' finest pilot,[Boast] it will be nigh-unstoppable [/Boast].
