The second planet that the Black Hand moved onto following Griff’s betrayal by the Federation. It is a temperate world of average size hidden in a Nebula. It also has great mineral resources and there is a mining operation near the equator on the main continent and only a few kilometres from the ocean. The primary settlement is only another dozen kilometres away located in a valley. The planet primarily houses Special Forces, which are trained on the planet. It is also a major manufacturing for ships in the Coalition. Along with CN-1344 it is the base of the ultra-secret Phantom Legion. Very few people know the actual location of CN-1344 or CN-1653. While there existence is not a very-well kept secret nor is the general area of space that still leaves an enemy with billions of kilometres of space to search most of which has never been charted by anybody except ORS or GC.
