The Rebellion is currently looking for new members. If you're a role player who's looking to try something new then by all means, give the Rebellion a try. I don't care if you belong to other groups, so long as your other group is OK with you having a second character within the Rebellion.

If it's the NEW Rebellion, why are all the images those of OLD heroes?

Because the group is for all intents and purposes the Rebellion. I'm not trying to do anything radical or drastically different from the Star Wars universe, that stuff's already been done here.

In Character the group will not be known as the NEW Rebellion, rather it will just be known as the Rebellion.

I model the group after the Rebellion from the movies since I believe that this board is in much the same position as the Galaxy was in during the Galactic Civil War. TNO is the behemoth now and there's virtually nothing in its way from having a strangle hold on the Galaxy at large.

Call me crazy but I don't think the Coalition is doing a lot to counteract the threat of the Empire when they themselves are seeking the Empire's assistance.
