-The following tape was sent to multiple galactic holonet stations across the galaxy in an attempt to receive airtime for Brutus Nogoth and the Galactic Liberation Front-
*The backround in this film was the exact opposit of the first- a vanilla white. The figure who filled the camera was clothes in pure black, once again contrasting deeply against the backround. No other features seemed to reveal the location of the filming. It was simply a man, and the backround.*
"Greetings residents of the galaxy. I once again greet you under grave circumstances. Despite my repeated warnings and messages, it appears your oppressive governments and their cronies have failed to heed my knowlegdable words. It is with great regret, but much pride that I take credit for the most recent wave of attacks that have struck the galaxy."
*The three dimensional holo-projection of the galaxy expanded in front of Brutus, revealing to those who paid attention that the broadcast was coming from either a similar of the same room as the first major message. Several highlighted spots were easily visible amid the mass of markings and backdrop.*
"The recent events on Courlag, Oogura, Muunilist, Isht, Nkllon and Garqi have taken into account the changin political landscape, and the attitudes of those parties involved."
*Brutus moved his hand to a highlighted spot, which changed the holo-projection to a much more detailed section of space- Courlag and the surrounding area.*
"The Galactic Empire, despite it's own propaganda to the contrary is the largest most opressive regime currently in power in our galaxy. Although some benefical steps have been taken by this government- its grevious offeneses easily overshadow what good it has wrought. Opression of non-humans, combined with a military dictatorship and a harsh military-industrial complex bent on expanding this Empire's opression all force the people in the Empire to spend their money, labor and even in some cases their lives to further the Imperial High Command's wishes. The constant warfare exposes Imperial civillians to unnessecary danger from enemy backlash and counter attack, and the Empire continues to suck the galaxies most precious resources from the people, to devote them to military conflict. The attack on Courlag was a dagger aimed at the first great offense of the Empire- it's military."
*The holomap switched to a another close up. This one of Muunilist and the surrounding worlds.*
"The attack on Muunilist was designed to injure the allies of the Empire who enable its opression, plus destabilize the machinizations of the moneylenders whose complex policies deprave the galactic population of what little financial resources they have."
*The holomap switched to Isht*
"Finally, the uprising on Isht is designed to highlight the Imperial opression of non-humans. The Imperial attack on that world was an unprovked assualt by the Imperial Navy's Vice Admiral Kraken, who slaughted countless Ishori when he smashed their defensive navy. The GLF will continue to support Ishori nationalists who wish to return their home to Ishori rule."
*The camera shifted back to Brutus*
"It seems however, that no matter how much warning the governments of the galaxy are given, they refuse to acknowlegde their wrongs, and in some cases they change their ways to further embroil themselves in opression."
*The holo-projection reappeared, and a small swath of territory encompassing Coalition space appeared.*
"The Galactic Coalition was one of the greatest offenders in the galaxy, when it launched its own massive offensive against the Empire in past months. This ill-fate assault seemed to teach the Coalition a lesson, and their surrender and subsequent withdrawl to their own space was a respectable move which allowed them to escape the wrath of the GLF. However, their interference in the matters of the Outer Rim Soveringty government on Ison showed their defiance to allow that people's government to handle it's own situation. Thus the recent attack on Nkllon has been in response for this excursion. If the Coalition continues to act in such a manner, then their previous immunity will be quickly removed, and they will be targets for the galaxy's army of liberators."
*The camer focused back on Brutus. The green eyes stared almost blankly out into the camera.*
"Others seem to believe that rational discussion is above them. The actions of the Anthos Republic were despiclable, both in their uprovked agression and their handling of affairs. Rest assured, that unless their is a significant change; if that government doesn't renounce it's past regressions and apologize for the tragedy on Sathora, they will not rest a moment in peace."
*He took a short breath then continued*
"Also- the GLF will stand up for the good of all peoles, even if they are not being directly oppressed. The price manipulations of Agro Incorporated on Garqi was costing residents of the galaxy precious credits all in the name of squeezing a bit more profit for executives. They paid dearly for the small amount they tried to cheat the galaxies populace."
*The camera panned out, perhaps a bit more than it was meant to, because at the lower edge of the screen a box became visible against the blackness. It was cut off, but it had a visible read letter on it- a capital "U". The camera quickly zoomed back in. Brutus Nogoth didn;t seem to notice anything had happened.*
"As I said before... we will not stand idly by while the people's of the galaxy are opressed. The Galactic Liberation Front is watching..."
*Camera zoomed*
"...and waiting..."
*It zoomed in a bit more*
"Because Change is coming, and it's..."
