I never got around to actually defining the exact number, but if you mean the most powerful, there would be three: House Tier, House Lucerne, and House Thorn.

A single member of each them makes up the triumvirate that has existed since I created Kashan.

That isn't to say there aren't other powerful houses, just that those are the most dominant in Kashan society. There should be roughly 12 houses left in present Kashan society.

Hmm..

Ok.

If it is not such a bother, can you at least let me know if the following Kashan Houses are intact during Cataclysm:

Kellington
Beauregard

So Christina Thorn is older than Corise Lucerne?

Or does Christina Thorn have siblings? If she has siblings, I need to edit Curse the Darkness as the lack of siblings was a motivation to getting to know her clone in the story.

Your most recent post indicates that Thorn has kids while Matthew Corise did not so either Christina is older than Corise or she has a sibling.

Unless something happens to that sibling when Christina is young or before she is born so she grows up without their presence? hmmm..

I've been fully tracking that, hence an even earlier reference in a post previous in my Uyter takeover thread, in which it hints that Thorn's kids(at the time) didn't survive the House Wars. But that's an upcoming post.

Consequently, Christina still would have grown up as a single child.

EDIT: As far as Christina's age is involved, she's roughly the same age as Corise, roughly.

Thorn. What is she doing with my father at the mansion? Their two families went back far enough, as their respective house founders they were shipmates, friends, and then allies during the House Wars. The older Lucerne had even been the one of the last people to see Lord Thorn's first son before his death during the war.
