Has anyone ever read this book?I finished it today i have to say it is a fantastic read. The descriptions and the dialogues are really inspiring and it also has a small cynic side that makes you smile as you read.

Perhaps he means The Prince

In which case, yes, it is a very interesting read.

Machiavelli also did an "Art of War". I believe I used a quote from it in one of the Renaissance of War rp's. I've only read a little of it. I have the Prince and I also have Sun Tzu's Art of War.

There's also Jomini's Art of War. His and Sun Tzu's are probably among my more favorite military texts.
