Korea have finally curbed the nuclear bandwagon it seems. I heard yesterday on BBC News that they have started to dispose of nuclear material. Am I right?

Thanks,

Yeah, it's true. From now on all earthquakes will be the result of a newly discovered fault line, and the North Koreans are paying the Russians to store their materiel.

I highly doubt they would actually go through with this. The North Korean leadership is too stupid to stop. They'll probably say they've stopped but keep doing it.
