Go to the battlegrounds, click on "Search this forum" and type in: Capricians
or Capricia or Caprician and you'll see their IC stuff.

When you see CoC, it is an abbreviation for the roleplay series Conquest of Capricia in which, I believe, Capricians are featured quite prominently.
